Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer on registration or another that the customer has informed us about.

The delivery normally takes between 5 and 7 working days in Spain peninsula following the final confirmation to the customer. For the rest of Europe the delivery may take up to 14 to 20 working days. We don´t take responsibility for any delays caused by the postal services. If an item is out of stock we will try to fill the order in the quickest time possible. The price for sending orders depends on the weight and the destination. This price will be automatically given when placing the order. Free delivery in Spain for orders more than 150 Euros, including VAT. Mininum orders of 20 Euros will be accepted.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the product we will refund your money. The item must be unopened and in perfect condition on arrival back to Epil & Co.
