Buying Guide.
Shopping in our virtual store is very easy. First, you must register as a customer. There is a link for this on the main page. It will only take a few minutes.
Once you have registered, make a note of your user name and password for your next visit. You are now ready to buy from our store.
All the product categories are listed in the menu on the left to make it easy to find the products you need. When you have found a product you wish to buy all you need to do is click on the Buy Now button. Now, enter your Shopping Basket. All the products that you have chosen to buy will appear there. If you wish to buy a larger amount of one of the products then just indicate the number of units that you would like in the quantity box, and click on the Update Basket button.
If you wish to buy other articles, click on the Continue Shopping button and carrying on adding the articles as before. When your order is complete click on the Place Order button.
On selecting the Place Order option you will be taken to the Delivery Details screen. Your address will appear as the delivery address, or you have the option to change this to an alternative address, for example your work address, and we will deliver the order there.
The delivery charges will then appear and a box where you can add any comments that you would like us to take into account. Having done this click on Continue.
The Method.of Payment screen follows. You can choose the address where the bill will be sent, and the method of payment: bank transfer, Paypal or credit card (credit card payment is currently unavailable). Select the one you want from the options indicated.
Another box will appear where you can add some comments, if you wish. Click on Continue.
The final screen will give a summary of your order details. If you chose to pay by bank transfer on the earlier screen then our bank details will appear at the end of this screen for you to make the payment. If you chose to pay with Paypal you will see just the order summary. To complete the order click on the Confirm button.
If you chose to pay with PayPal you will be taken to a PayPal screen to make the payment.
Finally, the last screen lets you know that your order has been processed. Finish off by clicking on the Continue button.
